The fruit is the manifestation of the tree from which it comes. If it is juicy, sweet, tasty, it is telling us something about the tree, because everything it has is a gift from the tree. The tree must be healthy, it must be rich in sap. Simply observing the fruit or the flower allows you to deduce many things about that tree.

Words are our fruits and they say a lot about us. They talk about us, about how much the tree is in harmony or disharmony with existence. As we well know, the healing of a plant cannot take place by acting on the fruits, leaves or branches, but must take place through the roots. Healing a plant is healing its roots and so it must be for man. Healing the roots is going to the root, going deep, leaving the surface to return to the source. To achieve this we have an extraordinary tool at our disposal: the word.

Unfortunately, words have lost their light and thus their creative and healing power.

In fact, as man has distanced himself from the divine order of creation, he has progressively limited himself and his life within the confines of fear and suffering, condensing “the word” into the densest energies.

Certainly, the ever-faster pace of life on the one hand, and the compulsive use of technology on the other, have increased the abyss of illusion making man more and more an automaton.

In all of this, the mind has chosen itself as a despot in an attempt to ensure control and survival. Every day it struggles to assert itself in a reality darkened by ignorance and arrogance. Humanity is like a runaway train which, without brakes, is approaching the end of its journey and the collision is inevitable. A consolidated spiritual blindness prevents us from recognizing and manifesting our Divine nature.

Even the “word” – distorted and limited in its expression of light and truth – has lost its creative power. Now the word is not used to free and honor, but to control and bind to fear. The unaware use of the word generates suffering and both our relationships and our lives are a clear example of this. The Native Americans knew it very well when they stated that the human being was created with two eyes and only one tongue so as to double check the words coming out of his mouth.

As we well know, the healing of a plant cannot take place by acting on the fruits, leaves or branches, but must take place through the roots. Healing a plant is healing its roots and so it must be for man.

Unfortunately – despite the teachings of many masters and spiritual guides – we have not yet understood that the word is like a container. It is useless to polish and adorn it on the outside if it remains empty inside. It is useless to be great communicators in form, but poor and dry in the content of love and truth. The word needs simplicity and humility to be a vehicle of the energy of the heart. What the “word” has lost is magnetism, the expression of a heart aligned with truth and love. Alignment is the connection with the source and the connection is integrity. Certainly, we can no longer turn our backs on existence and its magnificence. Man must open his eyes to the truth of all things, looking at the whole and not just at his small piece of land. A change of consciousness is required, an octave leap, necessary to re-harmonize the human being with life and with the laws of him.

WE ARE ALL ON THE RETURN TRIP “Back home”

It is important to understand that matter is spiritualized. Spirit permeates matter and nothing material can exist without the presence of the spiritual force. It is not the body that contains the soul, but it is the soul that permeates the body.

Indeed, the original purpose of body and soul – as a unified whole – is to harmonize consciousness from the density of material survival to the higher vibrations of love. This harmonization is not governed by human definitions of good and evil, or right and wrong. It is all about bringing ill-matched vibrations into harmony and developing coherence between two poles, that of survival and that of divine love.

In practical terms, it is necessary that first of all we learn to manage our attention in the here and now in order to become more aware of the language of frequencies. Nicola Tesla understood this very well when he said “To understand the secrets of the universe, one must think in terms of energy, vibration and frequency.” In this way only can we can recognize the sacred “relationship” that exists between consciousness and matter, between form and content, between visible and invisible. This is a process of distillation and de-programming that helps us break through the veils of illusion and oblivion. It is a gradual alignment of thought, word and deed that lifts us above the quicksand of fear. By releasing the identification with the form we experience an expansion of consciousness which translates into coherently living freedom and truth.

The word needs simplicity and humility to be a vehicle of the energy of the heart. What the “word” has lost is magnetism, the expression of a heart aligned with truth and love. Alignment is the connection with the source and the connection is integrity.

Aware or not, what we are all making is the return trip, going back to the Father’s house which is truth and love. It is a realignment with the Breath of Primary Source also called the Para Vach. In the Bible it is the Word became flesh. It is the Nada of the Upanishads; the Kalma-I-Ilahi or inner sound of the Quran; the Hu of the Sufis; the Music of the Spheres of Pythagorean philosophy; the Fohat in Buddhism and the Kwan-Yin-Tien of Chinese mysticism. Regardless of its name or precise definition, it is the root cause of all sound and light within the Grand Universe, which in turn is the root cause of the whole of manifestation.

This connection is inherent in each of us. However, the world of form can violate and taint this connection and this subtle vibration. Prayers, sacred music, chanting, mantras and all harmonic vibrations are the effects that counterbalance this vibratory density. They are the most powerful means with which to direct and support the harmony inherent in the vibratory “soup” in which we live. The sound of the voice of a person who – in a meditative state – chants a mantra, or the sacred name of the Primary Source, is very powerful.

As a matter of fact, intention moves the energy by condensing it into the many forms of matter. The higher the frequencies, the more harmonious the shapes are. The studies of cymatics on the relationship between sound and shape are very interesting, demonstrating – for example – how each vowel has its own characteristic shape, and how the same vowel sung by different people takes different shapes.

Everything is related to the vibrational level of the individual, which results in a state of awareness or unawareness. Of course, different intentions also create different shapes.

This is what Dr. Masaru Emoto on water molecules.

The pictures of the water crystals immortalized by Emoto have become famous, after being subjected to different types of “frequencies”, from classical to heavy metal music. Microscope images clearly show how words of anger, hatred, resentment create disharmonious and chaotic forms. On the contrary, kind words of gratitude, love and compassion are able to create harmonious and balanced forms.

For all those with eyes to see, important new discoveries are revealing the incredible potential inherent in the human being, and only a journey of awakening can manifest them. In all of this the word has a fundamental importance.

THE ACTION OF A MANTRA ON THE BODY

Every existing thing has its own vibration. Vibration is sound and all forms have their own particular sound. Sound has power. In fact, an object could be reproduced through the sound it belongs to, such as fire, water, air, earth, anger, joy, fear, etc. Even love has a sound. A vibration called mantra – mantra in Buddhism and Hinduism is a sacred formula or thought tool – has a very powerful sound, a vibration that can reproduce a state of consciousness or of matter. One or two syllables are enough to create a new state of cohesion of matter with different frequencies. Sound penetrates all layers of being: in the heart, in the liver, in the stomach, in the brain, etc. and also in the memory of the body by elevating it. Its power accompanies the body to receive vibrations that correspond to the frequency of love and primordial light. Sowly, it will then begin to vibrate with vitality, regenerating itself in all its parts, whether visible and invisible. The vibrations will work with organizing power, on the subconscious, on the unconscious, on matter, on physical and mental cells. The produced
vibrations will act on the matter by modifying it and it is good that we become aware of it.

WHO IS TALKING?

There are three levels of truth and each of them corresponds to a certain way of communicating.

The first face you see – what we call a mask – is the face that invites you to be looked at. Her voice is: “Look at me!!! … do you see me, do you recognize me? I want you to recognize me for who I would like to be.”

The second level instead – and we can call this truth – is the hidden one, the one that is afraid to be seen and that protects itself behind the mask. Her voice is: “You wouldn’t love me if you knew who I am. Surely I can’t please you as I am.” The mask is an illusory protection and causes suffering. In fact, when we hide who we are, when we deny who we are, when we suffocate our truth, then confusion, anger and dissatisfaction will accompany our path.

Underneath all of this though, under that layer that tries to remain hidden, there is a luminous self, the inner child, the spotless self, the extraordinary being who chose to incarnate and took on a body. Its light pours into every “word” with truth and love, and it is this light that vibrates and nourishes. This is the word that transforms, heals and creates, because it is authenticity and coherence.

THE FOUR MODES OF DIALOGUE TO AVOID

The more we embrace and experience a holistic view of reality, the more we are able to recognize and transform repetitive and dysfunctional behavioral patterns into higher, freer and more aware choices.

Dr. Wayne Dyer highlighted four forms of dialogue that we often unknowingly use, but which represent real obstacles to our realization. The first one is to constantly talk in terms of lack (for example … “I will only be happy when I have finished paying the mortgage” – or … “I will only be happy when I change job”). It should be remembered that the more we pay attention to what we lack, the more that thing will continue to be missing. The second mode of dialogue consists of talking about our life in negative terms (for example…I hate this job! I hate the place where I live! I hate this house!). When we don’t accept something in our life we are actually holding it back. Therefore, if we want to change something, first of all we have to accept it, to understand it, to tune into it and its deepest meaning and only then can we let it go. The third mode is to believe that nothing can change because it has always been like this (for example…” you know in my family there have always been failures, and my life follows the same script” – or: “I have always lived in pain and in suffering: happiness is not possible in this life“).

“To understand the secrets of the universe, one must think in terms of energy, vibration and frequency.” In this way only can we can recognize the sacred “relationship” that exists between consciousness and matter, between form and content, between visible and invisible. This is a process of distillation and de-programming that helps us break through the veils of illusion and oblivion. It is a gradual alignment of thought, word and deed that lifts us above the quicksand of fear.

The fourth one is to think about what others want from us (for example…” I became a lawyer because it was my father’s dream, and now I can’t betray his trust”; or…” I would love to take a few moments for myself, but I can’t abandon my family”). This means continuing to live according to the expectations of others.

These modes of dialogue are the voice of the ego living in the illusion of separation. They are labyrinths in which one gets lost, and which always recreate the usual paths, rooted in suffering. It is our duty to recognize its limits, integrating a new way of communicating, both with ourselves and with others.

 L’IMPORTANZA DELLE PAUSE

The more you align yourself with the truth, the more you will pay attention to every single word. No waste, only the essentials, only what is needed, for simple and true communication.

You will notice how, in your way of communicating, the spaces, the voids, the suspensions, the moments of silence through which you welcome the next creative impulse will increase more and more. That suspension is connection, it is reception. It is good for the speaker and for the listener. Pauses are also part of communication. In fact, there are two languages: the verbal one and the one of silence. Every sound is limited as it is characterized by space and time, while silence is everywhere. Silence has no spatial or temporal limit, and touches everything at the same time. Both can proceed together, harmoniously, and can create a dance, a symphony. In this way one reinforces the other, in the exchange of tones and colors, creating nuances and possibilities. Whoever honors the word vibrates even in silence. One without the other is like a seed without a pot. Only with experience and practice will you achieve the mastery, the realization, and the conscious co-creation of your life. Remember, your thoughts and words spread like frequencies of energy that act like those of a homing pigeon being trained to deliver a message – and they literally fly out of your head and mouth to connect with whatever resonates with them. Therefore it is important to recognize how much our words are a precious gift, which should not be wasted or distorted. It must be used with awareness, and awareness requires attention and presence. The invitation placed at the entrance to the temple of Apollo in “Delphi” is clear, which says: “Know yourself”. In this way only your path will take on value and meaning. Only by looking inside you find the answers you need in order to understand what in on the outside.

ANYTHING CAN BE UPLIFTED

The invitation to integration is not the invitation to improve. It is the invitation to alignment: to become who you are.

Only in this way, your voice will be the voice of the soul. Otherwise, you will continue to vibrate in the inherited structure that conforms you to rules external to you, and these rules suffocate your true nature.

You see, it is good to recognize that “becoming” is a coming to be. And being in the expression of the True Self slips out of the rules and the constructs of the reality you have adhered to. You are always the True Self. The aspect of God in you is always present, but not necessarily expressed. And the voltage, or amplitude, of this vibration must be affirmed and embodied in order for it to be affirmed in perception. Therefore, as Don Miguel Ruiz states in the “four agreements”, it is essential “to be impeccable with the word”. In fact, he writes: “The first agreement is the most important one and also the most difficult to maintain. It is so powerful that just with its energy alone you can reach the level of existence that I call – heaven on earth.”

The word is not just a sound, or a written symbol. It is a force, it is the power to express and to communicate, and therefore to create the events in your life. The word can be used to confirm old agreements or to create new ones in alignment with the truth. The word is elevation, and as you rise in vibration, your agreement with the dimensional reality that you exist within is transformed and you experience where you are in a higher octave. The scenario is the same, but in a higher octave.

What does it mean? That the teacup on the table is still a teacup, but your experience of the cup is different, because both you and the cup are now attuned in a higher octave. This creation, which is expression at a higher level of vibration, makes the world we know malleable to transformation. You are a “very powerful being”, you just forgot that you are. The word helps you to remember this, awakening what you have always been, who you are now and forever: an embodied being of light.

Thank you for being with me on this journey, good life and good everything!
